Senior Art Director

We’re searching for a full-time Senior Art Director who’s conceptual, versatile, strategic, and collaborative. Someone who enjoys all manner of graphic design and creativity—from big, conceptual thinking and clever, strategic print executions to digital along with everything in between. Someone who’s comfortable working on everything from TV, websites, video editing, digital display or social. This Senior Art Director needs to think big, deliver strategically and pay attention to the details. Responsible for the delivery of compelling ideas and concepts, present ideas internally and externally in a knowledgeable and passionate manner, ability to think of creative solutions above and beyond what is asked. We’re big on teamwork here, so the best fit will be someone who’s ready to learn, grow and contribute, willing to work on projects large and small, and up for creating memorable work with some really fun people.


•  Manage and contribute to a variety of projects 

•  Produce creative thought leadership from concept to creation of high-quality broadcast and print, as well as experiential, environmental, and digital design

•  Develop, create and launch brand campaigns

•  Evaluate marketing and campaign strategies

•  Work with Account Managers to ensure each project, in accordance with briefing, are clearly outlined and estimated

•  Adhere to internal processes, budgets, and timelines

• Assist in the supervision of the creative department to promote an inspiring atmosphere and desirable work flow to achieve the best work

•  Adhere to internal processes, budgets, and timelines for each project

•  Come up with creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative wall reviews, and project kick-off meetings

• Guide, influence, and motivate others with thought-provoking ideas and recommendations

•  Crack new ideas for creative team management and processes

•  Recommend required resources and technology needed to execute assigned projects to junior staff

Senior Art Directors to have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, as well as 8-10+ years of advertising agency experience preferred.

 

  • Highly proficient using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Exceptional art direction/design skills
  • Ability to interpret a creative brief and adapt concepts to a variety of platforms/mediums
  • A demonstrated portfolio of art direction and conceptual thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills / presentation skills
