One of the most serious safety risks for teen drivers is distracted driving. That’s why texting while driving is banned for all drivers in Wisconsin, as well as all cell phone use for novice drivers.

Hoffman York works with Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin to develop resources supporting its Crossroads teen driving safety program, www.crossroadsteendriving.org. This includes a branded cell phone sleeve that is distributed throughout the state to teen drivers, who are encouraged to stow their phones in it when they get in the car.

Hoffman York also developed an informative reminder card that comes with every sleeve that includes lists of distractions to avoid and tips on practicing engaged driving.

The phone sleeve and card are distributed at Crossroads and Children’s Hospital events.

Children’s Hospital’s Crossroads program is sponsored by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and State Farm™.

Say hello.
