Hoffman York 2019 Best Place to Work

We’re thrilled to be one of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2019 Best Places to Work winners.

What’s even better, is that our employees think Hoffman York is a great place to work!

This year’s program drew about 150 nominations from companies with fewer than 25 employees to those with more than 200 workers. Regardless of size, all participating companies needed to have a large percentage of employees complete an online survey prepared and managed by program partner, Quantum Workplace.

Employee scores were measured on how favorably they responded to questions in core areas including personal engagement, communication and resources, teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers and senior leaders, manager effectiveness, job satisfaction, etc. Then, the Business Journal selected winners based on the highest scores in each size category.
